Stephanie Taylor – Director
Stephanie Taylor is a dedicated and highly respected Learning and Development (L&D) professional with almost 15 years expertise in the banking & finance, government, tourism, FMCG & professional services industries and worked for and consulted to companies including the Commonwealth Bank, AMP, Deloitte, Aussie Home Loans and Coca Cola Amatil.
With extensive experience in the end-to-end L&D process, Stephanie’s strengths include consultation, project management, L&D strategy and designing learning solutions.
In 2007 Stephanie founded a not-for-profit entity, the L&D Professionals Forum, to provide networking and professional development opportunities for Sydney’s L&D community. The L&D Professionals Forum continues to expand and has grown from 12 to over 175 participants. In March 2009 on International Women's Day, Stephanie was awarded as a finalist in the Australian Centre for Leadership for Women's 'Leadership Achievement Award' for establishing the L&D Professionals Forum.
Well-known for her exceptional relationship management and organisation skills, Stephanie has a Masters in Commerce majoring in Human Resources & Industrial Relations and a minor in Management of Technology and Marketing and a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training. She is also actively involved with many professional bodies.
Her good will, drive and energy are infectious and along with her continued generosity, are just some of the attributes that make her an inspiring individual. Stephanie is an avid blogger - authoring Steph’s Food Journey for several years, is a keen Sydney Swans supporter and still has the travel bug.
