Amanda Rensford – Director
Amanda Rensford is an experienced and highly respected Human Resources practitioner with over 15 years expertise in the banking and finance, professional services, government, FMCG and recruitment industries and has worked for and consulted to companies including Westpac, AMP, Deloitte, SOCOG, Burger King USA and ‘The Next Step’.
Amanda has extensive experience in Organisational Development (OD), Learning and Development (L&D) and Recruitment disciplines, with particular strengths in consultation, talent management, leadership development, facilitation and OD strategy. Over the years, Amanda has led and managed numerous HR teams and has had the privilege and pleasure of working with many of the industry's brightest and most passionate practitioners.
In recent years, Amanda has worked in management consulting firms where she has combined her consulting, OD and recruitment skills with her business development, marketing and commercial management skills. Amanda’s combined strengths in these arenas saw her move to a General Management role in a boutique consulting firm in 2008.
Energetic, pragmatic and astute, with a sharp business mind, Amanda is passionate about working with clients to assist and support them to develop, grow and strive to build their organisation's and employees' capability.
Amanda grew up in rural South Australia and currently lives in urban Sydney with her daughter Olivia. She is an avid Aussie rules fan who loves travel and an occasional glass of good South Australian red!
